Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets across different platforms.

- Analyze and interpret complex data to generate actionable insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide reports.

- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of data within the system.

- Develop and maintain data management systems and tools.

- Identify trends, anomalies, and potential data quality issues.

- Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations for internal teams.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Data Specialist, Data Analyst, or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in data management and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or R).

- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights.

- Experience in data quality management and data governance is an asset.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics) or equivalent experience.
