This is contemplated to be a part-time position, with hours typically not exceeding 30 per work week. The employee will perform routine and special clerical, bookkeeping, accounting and administrative work – mostly by using computer programs. The employee will be cross-trained to perform payroll functions, accounts payable/receivable functions, business licensing functions, and utility billing/payment functions.
