Salary: $59,000–$68,000 (commensurate with qualifications)

The University of Minnesota Extension is hiring a dynamic individual to lead groundbreaking programs in natural resources, including initiatives focused on invasive species management and Hmong community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate participatory science programs addressing terrestrial invasive species.
- Collaborate with community volunteers, Hmong cultural advisors, and professionals to create culturally relevant resources.
- Facilitate research and outreach, including monitoring the impact of invasive species like jumping worms.
- Build relationships and foster community-driven natural resource projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in natural resources, forestry, communication, or related field.
- Experience in community engagement, volunteer coordination, or invasive species education.
- Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
