The City of Bremerton is seeking to fill one vacant position and establish an eligible register for the position of Code Enforcement Specialist in the City’s Department of Community Development. Once established, this register is valid for one (1) year and future open positions will be filled using this register.

GENERAL FUNCTION

Assists the Code Enforcement Officer to implement the processes and procedures necessary to implement an effective, efficient and collaborative code enforcement program. Responds to, investigates, and resolves complaints.

The hiring range for this position is: $29.76 - $36.44 per hour (DOQ). This salary includes longevity (1% earned after five years and increases to a maximum of 4% after 20 years).
